- Reinforcing the village committee. Improvement can only last, in the
long term, if inhabitants become responsible for their valley
- Providing scholarships for further studies for the Dolpopa students
Today Crystal
Mountain School provides free education to 120 children in Dho-Tarap,
including children from upper Dolpo villages. The school has been
upgraded into the lower secondary level. Following the upgrading of
the school and the winter programme, there is a need for more infrastructure
such as classrooms, housing for teachers, a library, a laboratory
etc.
